Who Really Is Weilianda Seating? What Public Records Show About the Company Behind the Website
If you have been shopping online for home theater seating, you may have come across Weilianda.
The company sells feature-packed powered recliners with top-grain leather, powered headrests, zero-gravity positioning, LED lighting, USB charging, storage arms and other premium features at aggressive prices.
At first glance, Weilianda looks much like a conventional American online furniture retailer. It has a polished U.S.-facing website, American toll-free telephone numbers, domestic shipping and a Colorado business address.
But when you are spending several thousand dollars on powered seating that you may expect to own for 10 years or longer, there is another question worth asking:
Who really is Weilianda, where does its seating come from, and who will ultimately stand behind the product?
We looked beyond the marketing and examined Colorado Secretary of State filings, domain-registration information, trademark records, U.S. import records and Weilianda’s own published information.
The U.S. Weilianda Company Was Formed by an Individual in Shenzhen, China
The most revealing information comes directly from the original Colorado corporate filing for Weilianda Home LLC.
The Articles of Organization were filed with the Colorado Secretary of State on November 9, 2022.
The filing identifies the person forming Weilianda Home LLC as:
Wenxiu Li
A2-202, No. 2 Residential Building
Sanzhoutian, Beishan Road
Yantian District
Shenzhen, Guangdong 518000
China
That is not an inference based on an Internet search. It comes directly from Weilianda Home LLC’s original Colorado Articles of Organization.
The filing also states that management of Weilianda Home LLC is vested in its members and that the LLC has at least one member.
The Colorado Address Appears in the Same Formation Filing
Despite Wenxiu Li being listed in Shenzhen, China, the same Articles of Organization list Weilianda Home LLC’s principal office and registered-agent address as:
4655 W 21st Street Cir
Greeley, Colorado 80634
The photo below is Weillianda Home LLC address listed on their Trust Pilot Review portal, they list 655 W. 21st Circle on their web site, which is not a known address in google maps.

Public real-estate information identifies 4655 W 21st Street Cir as a single-family residential property rather than an obvious furniture showroom, corporate headquarters or distribution warehouse.
That does not prevent a company from legally using the address. Many businesses operate or register from residential addresses.
It does, however, provide useful context for consumers trying to understand what kind of U.S. operation stands behind the website.
Wenxiu Li Later Used the Greeley Address
A subsequent Colorado Periodic Report filed on December 3, 2023 provides another important connection.
Once again, the person submitting the Weilianda Home LLC filing is:
Wenxiu Li
But this time the address listed for Wenxiu Li is:
4655 W 21st Street Cir
Greeley, Colorado 80634
That is the same Colorado residential address used by Weilianda Home LLC.
Taken together, the two Colorado filings establish a direct documented connection between the individual in Shenzhen who formed the U.S. company and the Colorado address later associated with the U.S. operation.
This Changes How We Would Describe Weilianda
Earlier, it might have been reasonable to describe Weilianda simply as an American online retailer sourcing furniture from China.
The Colorado formation documents provide a clearer picture.
Weilianda Home LLC itself was formed by Wenxiu Li using a Shenzhen, China address.
That does not by itself establish the complete beneficial ownership structure of Weilianda or prove that every Chinese company involved in its supply chain is under common ownership.
It does establish that the U.S. company has direct roots in Shenzhen rather than merely being an unrelated American retailer that subsequently chose a Chinese furniture supplier.
WeiliandaHome.com Came Later
There is another interesting date in the company’s history.
Public domain-registration information indicates that:
WeiliandaHome.com was created on January 11, 2023.
That was approximately two months after Weilianda Home LLC was formed in Colorado.
The available domain information has also identified the registrant country as:
CN – China

That does not mean the people behind Weilianda had no furniture experience before 2023.
Weilianda says its manufacturing experience dates back to 2008.
Both statements can be true.
But consumers should understand the distinction:
A claimed manufacturing history dating to 2008 is not the same thing as the operating history of the current WeiliandaHome.com retail website.
The Weilianda Furniture Trademark Also Leads to Shenzhen
Public trademark records provide another connection to China.
A published trademark record for the WEILIANDA name identifies:
Shenzhen Weilianda Ribbon Co., Ltd.
Anliang Community
Henggang Street
Longgang District
Shenzhen, Guangdong
China
The trademark covers products that include seating furniture and sofas.
So the public corporate and trademark records independently point back to Shenzhen.
Then There Are the U.S. Import Records
Public U.S. shipment records provide another piece of the supply-chain picture.
They identify:
Weilianda Home LLC
Greeley, Colorado
as the consignee on repeated shipments of:
RECLINER SOFA
from:
Shenzhen Xinkailin Furniture Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen, China
The records show recurring containerized furniture shipments rather than simply occasional samples or replacement parts.
One public trade database identifies approximately 41 shipments associated with Weilianda Home LLC, with China listed as its primary sourcing country and sofas/recliner sofas as its principal imported products.
The Imported Seating Is Classified as Upholstered Seating
Public trade data associated with Weilianda Home LLC identifies the merchandise within the 9401.61 family of upholstered seating.
Individual shipment descriptions include language such as:
“RECLINER SOFA”
and show shipments originating in Yantian, China and arriving through ports including Los Angeles and Long Beach.
The recurring shipper shown in those records is Shenzhen Xinkailin Furniture Co., Ltd.
One Shipment Contained 135 Cartons
One publicly available shipment record provides a good example of the scale involved.
The record identifies:
Shipper: Shenzhen Xinkailin Furniture Co., Ltd.
Consignee: Weilianda Home LLC
Commodity: Recliner Sofa
Quantity: 135 cartons
Container: 40-foot container
The consignee address shown on the record is:
4655 W 21st Street Cir
Greeley, Colorado 80634
This is the same address appearing in Weilianda Home LLC’s Colorado corporate filings.
There Is an Address Discrepancy Consumers May Notice
Historical corporate and import records use:
4655 W 21st Street Cir
Weilianda’s website has also displayed:
655 W 21st Street Cir
There may be a simple explanation for the difference, such as an address change or typographical error.
We are not suggesting otherwise.
But consumers researching a company before making a major purchase should be aware when different public records show different addresses.
So Is Weilianda an American Retailer or a Chinese Direct Seller?
Based on the records reviewed, we believe the most accurate description is:
Weilianda is a China-rooted direct-to-consumer home theater seating operation that uses a Colorado LLC to import and distribute furniture in the United States.
The publicly documented structure looks approximately like this:
Shenzhen-connected company formation and branding
↓
Chinese furniture production
↓
Containerized imports into the United States
↓
Weilianda Home LLC in Colorado
↓
U.S. warehousing and fulfillment
↓
Direct online sale to American consumers
This type of vertically integrated cross-border e-commerce model is increasingly common.Weilianda Openly Describes Its Business as Factory Direct
Weilianda itself promotes factory-direct pricing.
It also advertises commercial, dealer, OEM and ODM capabilities.
OEM and ODM programs are particularly notable because those services are generally associated with manufacturers or organizations closely connected to manufacturing rather than conventional furniture retailers.
This is consistent with the corporate and import records showing Weilianda’s direct connections to China.
The Pricing Is Extremely Aggressive
At the time of this review, Weilianda was promoting a 30% sitewide discount.
Its Luxury Version 2.0 single recliner was advertised at approximately $899 before the additional promotional discount, with free shipping and features including premium leather, zero-gravity recline and multi-color ambient lighting.
The exact prices and promotions can change, so consumers should always check current pricing directly.
But Weilianda clearly competes heavily on price and feature count.
How Can Factory-Direct Pricing Be So Low?
One explanation is the shortened distribution chain.
A traditional furniture supply chain might look something like:
Factory → importer → distributor → retailer → consumer
A vertically integrated direct seller can potentially reduce that to:
Factory → affiliated or dedicated U.S. importer/distributor → consumer
Removing distribution layers can substantially reduce costs.
There is nothing inherently wrong with that model. In fact, it can provide consumers with excellent value.
But consumers should understand exactly what is being traded for the lower price.
Emails From Leon, Marketing Manager for Weilianda, Show Conflicting Statements About Where the Seats Are Manufactured
Email exchanges with Leon, who identifies himself as Weilianda’s Marketing Manager, raise serious questions about how the company represents its U.S. presence and manufacturing operations. In one message, Leon states that Weilianda is “headquartered in Hong Kong” and adds, “that’s where we manufacture.” In a separate email, however, he says that “our factory is also located in China and Vietnam.” Those statements do not clearly reconcile with one another and create confusion about where Weilianda’s seating is actually produced.
Exhibit A: Headquartered in Hong Kong – that’s where we maunfacture, claims not a home based business but photos show single family home
Exhibit B: Our Factor is also located in China and Vietnam, Answering Emails at 3.43am as Leon is in Hong Kong
Leon also described the company’s Greeley, Colorado location as a U.S. branch office used for “distribution and support” and specifically stated that it was “not a home-based business.” Yet the address associated with Weilianda appears in publicly available imagery to be a residential property rather than an obvious commercial facility. The timing of the correspondence also raised questions: replies were repeatedly arriving around 3.43 a.m. U.S. time, and when asked whether he was overseas, Leon confirmed that Weilianda’s headquarters are in Hong Kong. Taken together, the emails present a series of inconsistent or incomplete representations about the company’s physical U.S. presence and the actual location of its manufacturing operations.
The Seating May Arrive in Multiple Components
Another part of the distribution model is modular packaging.
Rather than shipping every theater recliner as one large, completely assembled chair, at least some Weilianda seating arrives with components requiring final customer assembly.
Weilianda’s own assembly information shows customers installing seat backs, connecting powered-headrest wiring and completing other connections.
Depending on the configuration, separate seating and arm components may also need to be connected.
Why Break a Recliner Down for Shipping?
A fully assembled recliner occupies an enormous amount of freight space relative to its weight.
Breaking a chair into modular components can:
- Fit more chairs into an overseas container
- Reduce warehouse requirements
- Lower domestic freight costs
- Make individual-seat shipping more practical
- Reduce dimensional freight charges
Those efficiencies help make aggressive delivered pricing possible.
For many consumers, the required assembly may be completely acceptable.
Others spending thousands of dollars outfitting a finished theater may expect substantially assembled furniture or professional delivery and installation.
Ask Exactly How Your Seating Will Arrive
Before ordering any factory-direct theater seating, ask:
- How many cartons will my order arrive in?
- Are the seat backs separate?
- Are the arms separate?
- What assembly is required?
- Are electrical connections required?
- Does delivery include inside placement?
- Does delivery include assembly?
- Does delivery include removal of packaging?
- What happens if one carton or component arrives damaged?
Powered Theater Seating Eventually Needs Parts
A modern theater recliner is much more complicated than an old-fashioned manual recliner.
Depending on the model, the chair may contain:
- Reclining motors
- Powered headrest motors
- Powered lumbar systems
- Power transformers
- Control modules
- USB-A and USB-C charging
- LED cup holders
- LED base and ambient lighting
- Heating systems
- Massage systems
- Zero-gravity control systems
If you own four, six or eight powered recliners for many years, eventually something may need replacement.
The replacement component itself may not be expensive.
The difficult question can be whether the correct component is still available.
Weilianda Currently Advertises a One-Year Standard Warranty
Weilianda’s current consumer product pages advertise a one-year warranty.
The company has also offered extended-warranty promotions and longer coverage options.
Warranty promotions and terms can change, so consumers should obtain the current written warranty before placing an order.
A Warranty Is Only as Useful as the Support Behind It
The number of years printed on a warranty does not answer every question.
Before purchasing powered theater seating, ask:
- Who actually processes the warranty claim?
- Where are replacement parts stocked?
- Are common replacement parts stored in the United States?
- Who manufactures the motors?
- Who manufactures the reclining mechanisms?
- Who manufactures the electronic controls?
- Can replacement parts be purchased after the warranty expires?
- Who pays shipping for replacement parts?
- Does the warranty include labor?
- How long will parts remain available after a model is discontinued?
A U.S. Address Is Not the Same Thing as a Long U.S. Retail History
This distinction is easy to overlook with modern e-commerce.
An overseas-connected company can establish a U.S. LLC, import containers of inventory, place that inventory in U.S. warehouses and then ship individual orders domestically.
From the consumer’s perspective, the chair may arrive quickly from a U.S. warehouse.
That does not necessarily tell the consumer where the underlying company originated, who manufactures the product or where long-term product decisions are made.
The Dates Are Worth Understanding
Weilianda says its manufacturing experience dates to:
2008
Weilianda Home LLC was formed in Colorado:
November 9, 2022
The person forming that company was listed in:
Shenzhen, China
The current WeiliandaHome.com domain was created:
January 11, 2023
Those facts can coexist.
But consumers should not automatically assume that a manufacturing-history claim is the same as the operating history of the U.S. retail entity from which they are purchasing.
15 Questions to Ask Before Buying Factory-Direct Theater Seating
- Where is the seating manufactured?
- What company actually manufactures it?
- Who owns or controls the U.S. selling company?
- How long has the current U.S. selling entity been operating?
- How many cartons will my seating arrive in?
- What assembly will I have to perform?
- Are replacement parts stocked in the United States?
- Can replacement parts be purchased after the warranty expires?
- Who manufactures the reclining mechanism?
- Who manufactures the motors?
- Who manufactures the electronic controls?
- What foam density is used?
- What type and grade of leather is used?
- Who pays freight on warranty replacement parts?
- How long will parts remain available after a model is discontinued?
Price Is Important. Accountability Matters Too.
Factory-direct seating can provide excellent value.
Removing layers from the traditional furniture supply chain and optimizing shipping can legitimately reduce prices.
For some consumers, that tradeoff may make perfect sense.
But theater seating should not be evaluated solely by comparing leather, LED lighting, the number of motors and today’s sale price.
Consumers should also investigate the company behind the product.
You are not simply buying leather, foam, motors and a frame.
You are buying the expectation that somebody will answer the phone five or ten years from now when you need help.
Why HTmarket Looks at Theater Seating Differently
HTmarket.com has specialized in home theater products since 2000.
Over that time, we have watched numerous home theater seating brands, online furniture businesses, manufacturers and importers enter and leave the market.
That experience is why we pay close attention to what is actually inside the seating we sell.
We want to know:
- Who makes the reclining mechanism?
- Who makes the motor?
- Who makes the controls?
- What foam is being used?
- What leather is being used?
- Can we obtain replacement parts?
- Can individual components be repaired rather than replacing an entire chair?
- Can we still help the customer years after the original purchase?
Those questions may not be as exciting as zero-gravity buttons, RGB lighting or a large promotional discount.
Several years after the purchase, however, they may matter considerably more.
Our Conclusion: Who Really Is Weilianda?
The public records now provide a substantially clearer answer.
- Weilianda Home LLC was formed in Colorado on November 9, 2022.
- The person forming the LLC was Wenxiu Li, using a Shenzhen, China address.
- The same Colorado filing lists 4655 W 21st Street Cir in Greeley as the LLC’s principal office and registered-agent address.
- A subsequent Colorado filing again identifies Wenxiu Li, this time using the Greeley address.
- WeiliandaHome.com was created in January 2023.
- Published trademark records connect the WEILIANDA furniture name with Shenzhen Weilianda Ribbon Co., Ltd.
- Public import records show Weilianda Home LLC repeatedly receiving recliner sofas from Shenzhen Xinkailin Furniture Co., Ltd.
- Those imports originate in China.
- Weilianda openly promotes a factory-direct business model and OEM/ODM capabilities.
- Leon sends emails that confict with import records and he even says different locations for the orgigin of mfg, when import recors say China
- At least some seating requires customer assembly after delivery.
- The standard consumer warranty is currently advertised as one year.
None of those facts determine whether a Weilianda chair is comfortable, durable or a good value.
What they do provide is a much clearer understanding of the business behind the website.
Weilianda should not simply be viewed as an established independent American furniture retailer that happens to purchase chairs from China.
Its own Colorado formation records show that the U.S. company was created by an individual using a Shenzhen, China address, while its furniture is subsequently imported from China and sold directly to American consumers.
Consumers can decide for themselves whether that business model is right for them.
Our advice is straightforward:
Investigate the chair – but also investigate the company that is promising to stand behind it.
