I am an artist and reproducing vintage movie posters for media rooms
is there an interest in original art for media rooms?

I do like that design, mostly because the two bathrooms are right next to each other. If you head over there and find that one is occupied, you don't have to walk across the house to get to the other one!

I would put the plant next to a window, though.

I think you will like this design for a basic home. The kitchen and dinning room are together. The laundry room and the bathroom are together away from the kitchen.
